My Journey Into IT
Thirteen years ago, I embarked on my IT career in computer repair and maintenance, driven by a deep passion for technology. My journey started with enrolling in the CompTIA A+ course, and I was excited to get a laptop to support my studies. Unfortunately, an administrative error led to me receiving a lower-spec laptop with a dual-core processor instead of the promised ThinkPad x220 Core i5. While that was a setback, it didn’t diminish my love for computers.
Today, computers are an essential part of our lives, and they continue to inspire me. This website was born out of that inspiration—to share what I’ve learned and help others navigate the world of technology.

As a Computer/IT Support professional, I’ve dedicated myself to providing clear, accurate, and comprehensive guidance. One of the biggest joys I get is assisting people with their online laptop purchases. Many of my clients come to me unsure about which laptop best suits their needs. My goal is to help them choose the right model without overspending or settling for less than what they need.
I believe that understanding the technical specifications of a computer should not be intimidating. My aim is to break down complex information into easy-to-understand advice so you can make confident decisions.
